Technology & Inks:

Using OvalJet?s patented closed-loop technology. Each garment is moved through a carousel of automated stations that pretreat, dry, and heat press garments in one smooth motion. OvalJet’s Ricoh Gen 5 print heads lay down 600×1800 dpi of high quality ink for each image. This allows designers to experiment with colors, gradients, and photorealistic images.

Quality Control:

Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. Last quality control is done before ready garment is fully packed prior to shipping.

Packaging:
Shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.
